I am an elite/post-collegiate runner specializing in the middle and long distance events from 800m to 10km. My running journey began at an elementary school track & field day back in 5th grade. I swept all of the running events with first place finishes. I fell in love with the sport ever since then.
The early years of my running career had taught me a lot to have patience. It also taught me to learn through experiences to gain growth and mature into a better version of myself as a runner. I have been very fortunate to have had coaches guide me through every fundamentals of the sport they know in their abilities to allow myself and other athletes to excel. I am also very lucky to have a very supportive family, friends, teammates, competitors, and fans that keeps me motivated and focused on the sport.
I still have yet to see what my true potential lies as an elite distance runner. I hope to inspire others not to give up their dreams and find that drive to succeed in life.
I am currently training with Monarch Athletics Club under the guidance of Ross Ristuccia. With his guidance, I hope to walk away from my running career with some big accomplishments and achieved goals once I know that it is time to hang up the shoes.
